The AMSECHS Carbon Intake Kit retains the normal shape of the F56 air cleaner box while creating a larger external air intake port in the front grille, directly introducing cool air while driving. The kit also smooths out and enlarges the capacity of the air duct ventilation path, greatly reducing suction resistance. Because more cool air intake means better efficiency, you get more torque and power.
You’ll definitely notice the improved response at low and mid-range rpms, thanks to sharper boost startup. The shape of the external air intake has been repeatedly subject to driving tests to ensure that water does not enter the system during rainy weather. You can rest easy knowing that the duct shape has been crafted to achieve superior balance with the external air intake.
