Thanks to direct contact with the hands, the steering wheel plays a critical role in linking a MINI to its driver. Steering performance must offer maximum functionality, operability, and safety. Most manufacturers simply rewrap a standard sport steering wheel in leather, but at AMSECHS, we start from scratch with a proprietary production process that begins with the magnesium die-cast frame (core) and includes original urethane processing and leather wrapping. Plus, you’ll get even better collision safety than with a genuine MINI steering wheel.
Our D-shaped steering wheel reduces the diameter of the genuine MINI steering wheel by about 5 mm (15 mm on the RX Series). The red stitching adds to the performance enhancements that give your MINI an even sportier go-kart feel. Choose from luxurious Italian Nappa leather, Ultrasuede, or Italian leather.
